REACH is taking an active role in the Multi- cluster Initial Rapid Assessment (MIRA) regarding WaSH and Shelter needs, which includes also the participation of: ACTED, IOM, Philippines Red Cross, Save the Children, Solidarités, UNHCR and UNICEF. The assessment used an abridged form of the MIRA to collect initial data at the municipal level in Leyte and Smara islands, particularly affected by the typhoon.
