International Roles at IMPACT – Internal & External Candidates
IMPACT has recently assessed the effects of funding-related developments on our operations and programs. In light of this, we have made the decision to prioritize internal candidates (current and former staff) for re-hire in order to maintain institutional knowledge, ensure business continuity, and support our workforce. However, external candidates will be welcomed to apply when indicated so, if no suitable internal candidates are identified for a specific role.
At IMPACT, we remain committed to a fair and transparent recruitment process and appreciate your understanding during this time.
Who Can Apply?
- Internal Candidates: Current IMPACT staff and alumni (former IMPACT staff, not under contract at the time of application). Internal candidates will be required to fill a shortened application form. If you are a former staff member, you may be asked to submit updated reference contacts at a later stage to comply with IMPACT recruitment standards.
- External Candidates: Individuals who have never worked for IMPACT. External candidates must submit a full application dossier to ensure compliance with recruitment standards.
- Both internal and external candidates must meet all job-specific requirements to be considered.
Application Process:
- You will select the appropriate category (external candidate, current staff, or former staff) in the application form for the vacancy you are applying to.
- Candidates must submit all required application materials as outlined in the relevant application form.
- IMPACT will verify that applications are submitted under the correct applicant category.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, typically within 2-3 weeks of application.
- The application process for external candidates generally includes: a 1st interview with HR, a technical test relevant to the role, and a final interview with the hiring manager and other panel members. Internal candidates will undergo a shortened recruitment process.

- IMPACT is committed to strengthening diversity and inclusion within our organisation. We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.
