This form can be used by IMPACT employees, partners, beneficiaries, or other stakeholders to raise concerns to IMPACT, for example relating to suspected misconduct or fraud allegation by IMPACT staff.

The form will be sent to our Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland and is monitored by IMPACT’s Grievance Focal Point who is trained in handling complaints.

Depending on the type of query, the Grievance Focal Point will transfer the query to the transparency Focal point, who is responsible for handling queries related to fraud allegations. All reports will be treated confidentially and reviewed in line with organisational policies for handling complaints, and if applicable, investigated following IMPACT’s organisational policies.

Reports are welcome in any language but may be subject to translation. Any information and contact details you choose to provide will be kept strictly confidential. You may also choose to remain anonymous, however this may limit our ability to respond effectively and report back to you directly. If you decide to report anonymously, please provide us with as much information and examples as possible to help us better follow up your concerns.
