This has also involved support and provision of evidence to key analysis exercises including the HNRP, Cadre Harmonisé and IPC AMN. Through its PANDA initiative, IMPACT also conducts third-party monitoring for humanitarian actors and funding agencies active in the country ensuring accountability to affected populations, and that safeguarding and inclusion elements are incorporated effectively into ongoing programming.
