- 53% of respondents expressed a desire for greater involvement in decision-making processes related to humanitarian aid, pointing to the need for more inclusive and participatory approaches.
- 47% of the affected communities were unaware of existing complaint and feedback mechanisms, indicating a significant gap in accountability and transparency.
